I hired NW Maids for a move-out cleaning at basically the last second when the first service I hired was a no-show despite having been booked two weeks ahead of time. NW Maids was a bit more expensive than the no-show, but they earned every single penny! The cleaner arrived right on time, and seemingly had no problems with all the dust and grime left after the move of a disabled family member who had been able to do only basic maintenance cleaning while living there. Even though it took an hour and a half longer than she had initially estimated, she stayed until the job was done. It was an enormous relief after an emotionally and physically terrible week that this last task was taken care of.

After a lot of research, I found NW Maids Tacoma. Their prices are competitive and my colleagues I’ve talked to sing praises about the company. I’ve had two cleanings, and I can say that after the initial consultations and getting to know my own requirements, everything was fantastic. This was absolutely what I was looking for - Sunshine did a much better job than I’d do myself and was friendly and very efficient. She’s really a treasure and clearly takes great pride in her work. Need cleaning? You need these people!

Another excellent service!!! Everything as advertised. Nice to see the same cleaning professional again. I was a bit skeptical about hiring house cleaners, as I’ve mostly done all of the housekeeping on my own up to this point, but boy did I not look back.
